A CTO alert means holders relaunched a project the deployer abandoned.
Sniper Ledger watches the CTO channel because team behaviour often explains a chart better than the chart does.
As a rule, deployer moves, relaunches and paid promotion are all public on Solana. Sniper Ledger collects them from CTO and checks them against holders and liquidity.
Quick test: Read the deployer's history: earlier launches, how long they lasted and how they ended. Check who paid for the boost and whether the same wallet holds supply.

Checks before any trade
Every CTO alert gets the same checks at Sniper Ledger.
- Look again after an hour, because early data on thin tokens shifts quickly.
- Look for bundled launch buys: several wallets buying in the same block.
- Read the top ten holders and remove pools and burn addresses from the count.
- Work from the contract address; tickers repeat across chains and copies.
- Open the deployer wallet and read its earlier launches.
